Windows Platform-as-a-Service

Windows Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) is an ITS technology offering that provides U-M units with access to the MiWorkspace Windows platform including associated security configurations, operating system deployment, and application deployment features. Units that subscribe to the Windows PaaS offering can customize and extend the Windows platform to meet unit-specific needs. Custom configurations may include unit-selected applications as well as customized settings configured via Active Directory Group Policy.

This documentation space provides administrators in subscribing units with an overview of Windows PaaS capabilities and with access to task-based instructions on implementing and supporting PaaS technologies.
