MiWorkspace Only: Manage User's Groups

Otto allows you add and remove a customer’s Active Directory user account to specific set of MiWorkspace groups.

Find a user by searching for them, and then click on the user in the results that display.

If the user doesn’t appear when searching, click the Add New User link, provide the uniqname, and click create.

Open

Click User Group Selections on the user’s page and edit the Groups as desired.

Confirm changes on the user’s page.
