Cisco AnyConnect

As of the latest testing with AnyConnect, these issues were noticed under Big Sur:

• Remote network connections to Big Sur systems with AnyConnect installed may become occasionally unreachable to SSH or Apple Remote Desktop/VNC connections (bug filed with Apple about this.)

• Users who may run Apple Remote Desktop Admin may have to reboot their systems, if they put their system to sleep while connected to AnyConnect. Reconnecting to AnyConnect after waking up the system may make ARD Admin unable to connect to remote computers or just generate a SPOD in Remote Desktop that is unresolvable without a reboot . (A bug with Apple has been filed on this as well.)

Docker Desktop may have issues when AnyConnect is connected, as the VPN routes capture the default Docker Desktop network range. You may need to set the Docker network to a different subnet (Docker → Preferences → Resources → Network). At the time of this writing, some addresses in 10.0.123.0/24 was not grabbed by AnyConnect.
