Please reset your password using one of the following methods:
On or Off Campus (If On-campus, connect to Ethernet for best results):
Open http://exchange.umich.edu/ in a web browser and enter your account name and temporary password.
Once you successfully change your password and log in you should see some sort of error in the Exchange system saying ?Something went wrong?.
That is normal. You are just using that site to change the Temporary Password to a new primary one you wish to use.
