Bookmark this URL and use this form as often as necessary to assign multiple TDx asset records (ITS EUC Assets/CIs app only) to a single existing ITS Ticket in TDx.

Reminder: the ticket ID must already exist in the ITS Tickets application in TeamDynamix
As the red help text depicts, only input the ticket ID number. Do not include “TDx” or any other prefix.
As the red help text instructs, whether you are submitting serial numbers, asset tags, or a mixture of both, there should only be one entry per line.
Using a scanner programmed to add an [Enter] or line break after registering a scan should work
Copy/pasting a column or stack of numbers from a spreadsheet will work

❌ If one of the submitted line items fails to attach to the ticket, iPaaS will attach everything it can and then comment in the feed of the destination ticket what it could not attach…

At this point depending on the reason the line item(s) failed, you can adjust and resubmit just the items that previously failed or manually add the records to the ticket. You may need to Request an Asset Record be created for missing records, as long as the computer isn’t immediately bound for Property Disposition. If you submit an asset that iPaaS detects is already attached to the ticket, it will remove it and re-attach it.
