Otto allows you add and remove a customer’s Active Directory user account to specific set of MiWorkspace groups.
Find a user by searching for them:

Click on the User, and then click on the User’s page, Click User Group Selections. Edit the Groups as desired. Confirm on the User’s page:

If the user doesn’t appear when searching, click the Add New User link, provide the uniqname, and click create.
