Crashplanner provides the ability to see the backup status and details of computers in your unit that have CrashPlan installed. Log in at crashplanner.euc.it.umich.edu. Submit a request through the Desktop Backup Request form for access.
The most direct method for finding a user, organization, or computer is to use the search field. You can also use the navigation menu options at the top to browse and find this type of information.
A user's record will display information about the user, including the organization to which they belong, the applicable Shortcode, and information about all the user's devices. Click the Actions menu under the user's name to move the user to a different organization or download user reports. Click the Actions menu under the a device name to deprovision a device or download device reports.
Viewing an organization's record displays status information for all of your users and systems. Reports can be viewed or downloaded as CSV files.
