Service Provider Support Update

Our Service Provider Support (SPS) application now adds a “+” icon to the menubar:

The first icon on the left shows the icon for Service Provider Support. Other icons shown are Okta, Remote Support, M Helper App, and Kerberos KeyMinder

Note: We are currently unable to turn off the menubar icon.

 

Service Provider Support.app has also moved to /Applications from /Applications/Utilities. Launching it will take you to the SPS home screen seen here:
