TDX KB1221 - Asset Tag Request

Requestor and Responsibility Guidelines
Requestors can be any of the following:
Device user, if they are the most appropriate person to receive updates
Delegate, such as an executive admin to avoid contacting a VIP
Unit contact, where they have initiated the request and require updates on its progress
Neighborhood IT staff member, where the Responsible Technician sets themselves as Requestor
The Request ticket stays assigned to NIT while tasks will created for Depot based on the form choices
Filling out the Request Info
Start by selecting one of the following three radio buttons, which will dynamically show relevant form fields:
