Due to changes with mac OS 10.14 Mojave, MiWorkspace and Izzy Macs will now use an application called the UMich Login Window "NoMADNoMADLoginAD" to handle logins.
NoMAD will cause the login screen to change, but other than cosmetic changes, there should be no noticeable change to the way the computer behaves.
NoMAD will also put an icon in the menu bar with a small key icon. The Change Password feature directs customers to UM's password change site.
First time logins need the computer plugged into the network with a valid IP.
The UMich Login Window makes it possible to use your uniqname and kerberos password to login to the computer vs the standard login does not.
If the UMich login window does not show up, you can go into /Applications/Utilities/Service Provider Support.app and run the "Repair UMich Login" task to reinstall it.
(It is normal for AV or guest systems that might auto login to not use the UMich Login)
