New behaviors in Sequoia (macOS 15)
Applications that want to “find devices on your local network” will pop up with an “Allow” or “Don’t Allow” dialog the first time any account logs into a computer. As of Beta 1, we do not have the ability to “Allow” these pop-ups silently.

Adobe applications do not install from Managed Software Center on a new build.
Crowdstrike will not install on a new build. (Version 7.17 should allow this when available.)it is launched, per user. You may see this with Zoom, as Zoom is trying to find Zoom Room devices, but Zoom will work completely fine if you click Don’t Allow.
Applications may ask you to grant the ability to “access data from other apps.” MATLAB, SnagIt, Zoom and Zotero may show this alert when first launched.
Applications that need to use older “Screen & System Audio Recording” APIs, including Zoom and Camtasia, may trigger an alert asking you to grant the app the ability to record the screen and/or microphone This grant only lasts one month, and it cannot set it permanently.
Loading a computer from scratch will show a “Welcome To Mac” screen before you can log in the first time.
