Once you've located or paired your system, you can take action on that system on the System page. At the top of the System page there are a list of available actions depending on your role.
Click Prestage System. The page will refresh and you'll see a notification at the top that the prestage is running.
The Prestage takes anywhere from 5-30 seconds. After a period of time, You don't need to refresh the page to see progress. Otto will provide toast notifications as the prestage starts and finishes. Once you 'll see the worker post messages about the status. These external events are on the right side in the middle of the System page.
The prestage is now complete and a notification that the prestage is complete, you're ready to kick off the task sequence.
During the task sequence, External Events are posted to the system record in Otto so that you can monitor the status:

If any Task Sequence events exist for a system, the system receives a badge indicating this, and if you hover-over you'll see details:
